Processing and Shipping


At the store, every product is made on demand. This means we don't have stored inventory: each piece is created especially for you once you place your purchase.

We work with Printful, an international platform specializing in printing and logistics for custom products, which handles the entire process after you confirm your order.

🔄 How does the process work?

  1. You place your purchase in the store.
  2. The order is automatically sent to Printful.
  3. Your product is printed and prepared from scratch (t-shirts, hoodies, accessories, etc.).
  4. Once finished, Printful handles the shipping directly to your home.

⏱ī¸ Processing times

  1. The average production time (not shipping) is 2 to 5 business days.
  2. During peak seasons (special events, promotions, or end of the year), this time may extend slightly.

🚚 Shipping times

Shipping times depend on:

  1. Your location
  2. The type of product
  3. The fulfillment center from which it is dispatched

On average:

  1. Mexico: 5 to 20 business days after processing (2-4 weeks from purchase).
  2. United States and other countries: 5 to 12 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your package.

📩 Notifications

After making the payment, you will receive an email to your email address notifying you about the purchase and updates on the production and shipping process. If you don't see the email, check your SPAM and/or Junk mail folder.

  1. As products made on demand, no exchanges or returns are accepted due to size, design choice, or errors in the shipping address. Please check these details carefully. 🙏
  2. If your product arrives with any printing defect or damage, please write to us and we will resolve it.
  3. Shipping costs and possible taxes are calculated at checkout, depending on your location.
